# If you find any defects, we will respond with good faith. Please email us at omoshiroclub@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving our product.
# We will exchange the defective item for a new one or refund your payment after we have received the defective item and confirmed the defect.
# We will also refund the return delivery fee.
# We will NOT refund any payments unless the product is truly defective.
- If you wish to change sizes, and are willing to pay for the return delivery fee, we will ship another size after the item has arrived and we will pay for the delivery fee.
- We are not responsible for any damage occurring during the shipping. If you are concerned, please insure the delivery.
We are committed to providing the highest quality products, and we inspect every item regularly throughout the manufacturing process at our factory and always double check items before they are shipped. To minimize damages during shipping, all the items are placed in plastic bags and shipped in cardboard boxes.
